Shelby’s Dreamy Chambray Quilt with lush Shannon Cuddle Backing

Y‘ALL!! Ahh!! I’ll never be done freaking out over how stinkin’ gorgeous this quilt turned out!! I did NOT want to send it back to its owner! The quilt top was made out of gorgeously, dreamy chambray fabrics, and we used my favorite Shannon Cuddle for the backing!

I met Shelby on Instagram and quickly fell in love with her feed! I followed along as she completed this beauty, and when she asked if she should send it out to be quilted, I commented, “Send it to me!!” That’s a bit out of character, but goodness gracious, I’m so glad I did! Not only did I get to quilt this baby, I found a really wonderful new friend in the process!

I set out to determine the perfect pantograph (the quilting design)! I wracked my brain forever, but ultimately, went with an old standby, Moulin Rogue!! This quilt is just one good decision after another!! Not to toot both of our horns, but TOOT TOOT TOOT!! I love love love helping people finish heirlooms that I know will be cherished forever! I know this one will be snuggled for years and years to come!!
