Quilting

Quilting services are priced by the square inch. There is a $50 minimum charge for quilting. (For example, if you send in a baby quilt to be quilted that is 42x42” square, the charge would be $50.) We have a large range of pantographs available to choose from for your edge-to-edge quilting needs. See the Panto Library for a sampling of what we have to offer.

• Computerized Edge-to-Edge - $0.025
• Dense Computerized Edge-to-Edge - Starts at $0.03
• Computerized Semi-Custom Quilting – Starts at $0.035
  This includes an edge-to-edge that requires cropping around special elements, such as embroideries or appliques, and border-to-border quilting which includes an allover design in the center of the quilt and a different design in the borders.
• Computerized Custom – Starts at $0.04 Custom quilting includes different designs in each element of your quilt from blocks, to borders, to sashings.

Batting

We stock Quilter’s Dream Green and 80/20 Batting in both rolls and packages to meet all your quilting needs. If you have a preferred batting type, we can order it for you from Quilter’s Dream. You may also supply your own high-quality batting, such as Hobbs.

• Quilter’s Dream Green Batting - $13/yard
• Quilter’s Dream 80/20 - $13/yard

Additional Quilt Preparation $25/hour

If additional quilt prep is needed before loading your quilt on the frame, we will do so for $25/hour. This includes, but is not limited to, pressing the quilt top, trimming threads, fixing borders, etc. We will contact you if this is needed!!

 

Backing Preparation $15/seam

If you would like to send in your backing yardage (or purchase from us) and have us prepare the backing for you, we can do this for $15 per seam. This includes the pressing, stitching, and squaring of the quilt backing.

 

Trimming $10

Once your quilt is off the frame, we will trim the quilt flush with the batting, making it ready for binding upon return to you!! Note: This does not square the quilt.

Binding Services

Want to receive your quilt back ready for cuddles? Let us do the binding for you! Charged per linear inch, you provide the fabric (or purchase from us) and we will finish the quilt in it’s entirety - meaning you receive quilt fully finished ready for all the love and snuggles!! Note: Thread will be matched to binding and backing fabric unless otherwise noted in the comments. If you aren’t sure how much fabric you need for binding, please contact us.

• Make, Attach, and Machine Stitch Binding - $0.37/linear inch
