Registration: Spring Retreat 2024

Where + When:

March 8-10 2024 at Rialto Community Arts Center/Arts Council of Conway County!! We will be hosting this event in the Rialto's Gallery - a beautifully revamped piece of Conway County history!!

We're also having an optional Bag Making Day on March 7th!! We will be making ByAnnie's Catch All Caddy 2.0!! This class will be taught by our resident bag making gurus, Mary Shaw and Amber Coffey! We will have so much fun! Again, this is optional! So, pick your option accordingly!! Lunch will be provided on the Bag Making Day!! 

Lodging:

We are working on getting a room block created! They have offered us Double Queen Rooms, which will be about $100/night! Perfect to split with your quilting bestie!!

We also are nestled right at the base of Petit Jean Mountain, home of Petit Jean State Park! If you'd like to bring the hubs and a camper, the amenities and beauty of Petit Jean are incredible!! https://www.arkansasstateparks.com/accommodations/camping

What if I'm local:

We want you to come, too!! You just get to sleep in your own bed!! Or have a little stay-cation!! The choice is yours!! 

Travel:

If you are planning on driving to join us, we are located right on

I-40 - Exit 108!

If you're flying in, the closest airport is in Little Rock - LIT! We are more than happy to come pick you up! Just give us a heads up of when you will be arriving, and we'll be there with bells on!!

Price: $165 - does not include lodging! $200 for the Retreat and Bag Making Day!

What About The Sewing:

Each attendee will have a 8ft table as a workstation, as well as, a Koala Studio chair to sit in. We will have large ironing stations set up in the venue, but feel free to bring your side tables and ironing pads! We will provide a sewing lamp and surge protectors, but if you have a favorite, bring it along! We know being comfy is the name of the game, so please bring whatever you need to feel like you're right at home in your studio!! The retreat will be OPEN SEW, but will have a few project opportunities thrown in! The goal is to come, be merry, have fun, and maybe get a project done!!
